Refund policy

Because our shop is all about surprises, all mystery scoops, blind bags, sale, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Non-mystery items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition, with return shipping covered by the customer. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll happily help make it right. Shipping costs are non-refundable, carrier delays are outside our control, and colors or styles may vary slightly due to screen settings and the fun of surprise.
