Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time. Products may ship from New York or directly from one of our trusted U.S. or Global-based supplier partners, depending on the item. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary based on product type, destination, and carrier. Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be provided. Stickywickets Boom Boom Room is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by carriers after shipment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We currently ship only to locations listed at checkout. Any available local pickup or delivery options will be clearly noted during checkout.
